comes equipped with bed-linen, towels, bottled gas full size cooker
with part electric hob, catering facilities and equipment, large
fridge-freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, bottled gas heaters,
information on the area and Northern Cyprus and a small library.
It has a W.C., hand basin and shower, but not a bath. Bed-linen
is available should you wish to change it. Beach towels are not
provided, please bring your own.
The rent is £215 per week for 1 or 2 people, £260 per week for 3
or 4 people and £275 per week for 5 people. Additional weeks are
charged at £20 less than the first week, for the 2nd week, and £30
less for the third week. A damage deposit of £100 is required. This
should be paid with the final balance and will be refunded in full
provided the housekeeper confirms no damage has occurred. It may
be possible to consider more extended lets, please enquire. The
rent includes transfer from Erçan Airport and a "Welcome
Pack" of basic food and drink to provide a snack on arrival
and something for breakfast. A deposit of 50% is required when booking.
A refund of 50% of the deposit will be made if the booking is cancelled
more than 10 weeks before the booked date, 25% if cancelled up to
6 weeks beforehand. The balance and the damage deposit must be paid
at least 6 weeks prior to the booked dates. Refunds will not normally
be made for cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to the booked
date.
Plum Garden Cottage may not be available during November and some
of February. July and August are regarded as the hottest months,
when temperatures can reach more than 40 degrees centigrade.
Local assistance is available and you will be visited to check that
all is well. The property is cleaned before and after your visit
but not during it. It may be possible to arrange cleaning during
your stay and there will be an additional charge for this. Visitors
are responsible for arranging their return trip to the airport.
Most car hire companies will arrange vehicle collection from the
Airport. A car is almost essential, pre-booking can be arranged,
ask for details, car hire can be arranged by any of the local businesses,
or you can deal direct. Flights are available from Heathrow, Gatwick,
Stansted and Manchester. You can now also fly into Larnaca.
